4. And my personal favorite "One Mint Julep" captures Chet's wry country jaunt with some innovative volume pedal work on the last verse. To anyone who loves and values the style that is singularly Chet Atkins, this album and any others of his from the 's such as "Hi-Fi in Focus" or "Chet Atkins at Home", I highly recommend "Teensville"/5(12).

6. Favs are "Happiness Is You," "Look into My Eyes," "Times Likes These," "Give Me One More Chance," and "Don't Leave Me Crying Like Before." The lone song that didn't hit the mark for me was "She Cried," a cover of Jay and The Americans' hit. The band's cover of "Oh Lonesome Me" by Don Gibson and Chet Atkins, however, is pretty cool.

7. Elegant Chet current price is $10 to $15 so, if you want a very reasonably priced Teensville CD, Elegant Chet is the answer. The "In Hollywood" tracks are the original, versions, in monaural, the only reason for not giving the Elegant Chet CD five stars. The songs are some of Chet's best, but why él did not issue stereo tracks is beyond me/5(6).
